Notice and action
Reporting illegal content or app misuse
MantaRayis a VPN client; it does not host user-generated content. There is therefore no "hosting service" in the sense of the DSA running on Mantatech infrastructure. If you believe a third party is misusing the MantaRay brand, distributing modified copies of the app, or running infrastructure that violates the law, you can report it to legal@mantatech.ltd. Please include:
- An identifying URL or distribution channel;
- A description of the alleged infringement and applicable law;
- Your contact details, so we can confirm receipt;
- A statement that the report is made in good faith and that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Disputes and complaints
Consumers in the European Union may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Mantatech Ltd is under no obligation, and has not committed, to use alternative dispute resolution bodies for disputes with consumers.
